3W provided these products for review. All opinions are my own.
3W reached out after seeing my Rivian all-weather floor mats video and said they could do better. So they sent the full set for the R1S: driver side, passenger side, second row, third row, and a trunk liner. I installed everything and here’s what I found.

Unboxing and First Look
The packaging is genuinely good. I know that sounds like a small thing, but after receiving products that feel like they were thrown in a box, it stands out when a company actually cares about presentation. This one opened like an Apple product box.

Laid out on the driveway, the full set is: driver side, passenger side, second row, third row, and trunk liner. TPE material, lighter and more flexible than the Rivian OEM mats. Each piece has the 3W AutoLife logo, a headlight-shaped design embossed into the mat — which actually looks like the Rivian headlights — canals for liquid channeling, and raised walls around the perimeter.
The underside has molded spikes — one-piece, not glued on. They engage the carpet and the mat doesn’t shift.
Front Row: Close, With One Real Improvement
The fitment on the front row is comparable to the Rivian OEM. Where the 3W mat wins is a flap that covers the exposed area next to the pedals on the driver side — the OEM mat leaves that gap, and it gets dirty fast. The 3W mat covers it.
Both front mats extend over the door sill, which adds a layer of protection for the entry area. The walls are high enough that liquid spillage stays contained. The only minor thing: the edges sit up slightly near the door, though that tends to settle with use.
Second and Third Row: The Real Difference
This is where the Rivian OEM mats fail and where 3W earns the install.

The second row 3W mat fits. The edges lay down properly. It covers the floor to the edges the way it’s supposed to. The Rivian OEM second row mat was the frustration — the 3W mat fixes it.

Third row is the same story. The mat curves to match the wheel wells, follows the contour where the floor dips toward the second-row seat rails, and the cutout for that curve actually fits. There’s one spot near the rail where a small gap could let liquid through, but the wall is raised enough that it’s a minor concern, not a real issue. I secured each piece by fastening the center button first, then the outer ones — that locks it flat before you pin the edges.
Trunk Liner

The trunk liner sits flat, fits the cargo area cleanly, and has the same textured surface. One tradeoff: the recessed trunk handle isn’t accessible when the liner is in place. If you’re not reaching for that handle regularly, it’s a non-issue. If you are, worth knowing before you order.
Worth It
The front row improvement over OEM is real but modest. The second and third row are a significant step up — better fitment, better coverage, better contour matching. If you’ve been living with the Rivian mats and frustrated by how the rear rows sit, this set addresses it directly.
